KopaSpace is a service that connects people who have unused space in their homes to people who need storage space. Users who need storage can locate nearby Space Owners and book a space using the app.

2. Where can I use KopaSpace?

KopaSpace will be available in all areas which have registered Space owners.

3. How do I register?

Registration will be available in our app for renters and on our website for Space owners.

4. How can I view my transactions?

To view transactions for KopaSpace owners and renters, KopaSpace offers platforms on the website and app respectfully to check complete and ongoing transactions.

Renter Questions

1. Can I cancel a reservation while I’m renting?

Yes, cancelling a reservation is permitted only through the app. A full refund will be given only if cancellation occurs at least 3 days before the enduring the rental period, make sure

2. How are payments handled?

During registration, you will provide us with your payment information on our secure portal. Your credit card account will then be billed automatically every month from the commencement of your rent until the end of the agreement.

3. What is the cost of using KopaSpace?

The cost of renting in KopaSpace depends on the prices set by our team. The rates are very competitive against traditional self-storage options.

4. Can I use a listing for other purposes other than storage?

Listings should only be used for storage only. Living in storage spaces is prohibited. Communicate with the storage owner to find out more specific rules he/she may have for their space.

5. What am I not allowed to store?

Renters should ensure their storage items will not put the owner in danger of any kind. Restricted items include, but are not limited to, drugs, firearms, living or dead animals, flammable materials, toxic chemicals, and perishable foodstuff. Owners may also have additional restricted items in their rules, it is your responsibility to check and confirm their specific rules before booking.

6. Can I make visiting appointments while renting an owner’s space?

Primarily, appointments will be controlled by the owner. Every owner may have different appointment times, it is your responsibility to check and confirm the owner’s appointment times before booking.

7. When will I be billed?

You will be billed per month starting from the beginning of the reservation until the end of the agreement.

Owner Questions

1. How can I earn money from KopaSpace?

Owners can earn money by listing their free space on our website, and then accepting to rent it for a set period of time. Our secure third-party payment system will deposit payments to your account every month.

2. How do I become a certified Space owner?

To be a certified owner, register at the website and follow the instructions. Government issued I.D will be required.

3. Can I set my own price for my storage unit?

As of now, KopaSpace will set the storage rates in order to keep prices competitive against traditional self-storage companies.

4. Can I choose which bookings to approve?

Yes, as an owner, you are able to reject or approve pending reservations. If a reservation is not approved within 48 hours, it will be automatically cancelled.

5. What if the Renter does not pay for a set month?

KopaSpace may choose to evict the renter in cases of default.

6. How does KopaSpace make money?

KopaSpace charges a service fee which is added to the listing price of each transaction. The service fee ensures our platform is secure and functions efficiently.

7. What are the requirements of being a Space owner?

All Space owners must have a government issued photo ID to help verify identities and backgrounds.
